  • Payments

    At 80 Outdoors we accept payments from all major credit cards, PayPal & even Apple Pay ! All of our credit card payments are processed by Stripe. To view Stripes privacy policy, please visit their website at www.stripe.com. Alternately, to view the PayPal privacy policy, please visit their website at www.paypal.com. If you require any further information relating to payments, please get in touch using the ‘contact us’ tab at the top of the page.

  • Orders

    80 Outdoors commits to ensuring all orders are processed within 24 hours, with your purchased products being shipped out within the following 24 hours. If, for any reason a problem should arise with your order, you will be contacted using the information you have provided at the checkout, by 80 Outdoors within 24 hours of placing the order. So please ensure all of your information is correct prior to placing the order !

  • Shipping

    Shipping costs are calculated product to product, with majority of our products utilising a flat rate Australia wide. This allows us to deliver fast & cheap shipping across all of our products. If you are unsure if someone will be home to receive the goods in the specified time, we recommend an alternate delivery address such as a business or friends house. If you are experiencing any problems with your delivery or need to change the address after you have placed the order, please contact us immediately. 80 Outdoors will not be held responsible if the shipping address was input incorrectly at the time of purchase, so please double check !

  • Returns

    Whilst our hope is that this never happens, should a product need to be returned for any reason, please contact us using the ‘contact us’ tab. Alternately send us an email at sales@80outdoors.com.au so we can get any issues resolved promptly.

  • Warranty

    When you purchase from 80 Outdoors, you can be assured that you are purchasing a product that has been thoroughly tested, reviewed & inspected before it is made available for sale. However, should you run into any trouble that is a manufacture fault, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Each product you purchase will display the relevant warranty period as it can vary product to product. Please note that mistreatment and/or wear & tear will not be covered under our warranty policy.

    All returns and/or warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. If you do not have a proof of purchase the claim may be denied by 80 Outdoors
